When we founded SWIAM in 2012 in Melbourne, Australia, we realised that travellers faced similar problems:

■ Ticketing is different from sport-to-sport: Buying NBA tickets in different US states is inconsistent, let alone EPL, French Open or NFL Super Bowl tickets
