The easiest way to get to The Garden (AKA North Station) is likely the T, in which there are multiple routes that take you to the North Station stop, but the Green line is the easiest if you can use that. The T costs $2.65 for one way. Ubers are also very affordable if you’re already in the city. If you’re further outside of the city, sometimes you can grab the commuter rail right to North Station.

T or MTBA. For those further out the train is a great option, if you’re in the city take the green line. Both conveniently let off at North Station, which is attached to an entrance of the arena.

The Train is a very easy option to take to the game and you can remember all those promos they used to run between the Celtics and Lakers with the T coming to the garden. There is all the commuter rail if you are farther away. For those that must drive be prepared to pay heavily with waiting times and parking prices.
