The Estádio Municipal de Braga is located in the middle-aged capital of Portugal, Braga. Like so many stadia in Portugal, it was constructed in 2003 to co-inside with Portugal’s hosting of the European Championships in 2004 and the 30,286 capacity ground is now home to top-flight side Sporting Clube de Braga.
The Estadio Municipal de Braga is has two open ends (behind the goals) and its ‘Quarry End’ became a hallmark of the Euro 2004 Championships and is a must see for any football fan visiting the area.
