Ashton Road sets itself apart from many football stadium locations by boasting a range of different restaurants on the same street! If you haven’t had your fill of sports, I have to recommend the Bristol Sports Bar & Grill: it does what it says on the tin, with good portions at a fair price. For something more exotic, Al’s Tikka Grill offers some of the tastiest Indian food in the city. Some people prefer to improvise, so my advice for them is to stroll along Ashton Road after the game and see what tickles your fancy.

You really don;t have to walk far from the stadium to find some delicious food to get you all prepared for the game or to warm yourself up after 2 hours sitting in the stands.

Souk Kitchen Southville is only a few minutes walk away and offers a beautiful restaurant along with some excellent Lebanese and Middle Eastern Food. The Burger Joint is only a little further down the road and is always a popular choice. But if you are feeling something spicy, you could do worse then visit arguably Bristol’s best curry house – Coronation Curry House is just a 7 minute walk from the ground and serves all the curry you can eat!
