The most disappointing thing with the stadium is the lack of attention or honor to the franchise’s great and legendary history of such greats like O.J. Simpson, Jim Kelly, Bruce Smith, and Thurman Thomas. Nowhere in the concourses are there murals of the great historic moments of the Super Bowl runs, or timelines, or anything suggesting the great things that happened here or at the team’s previous home at War Memorial Stadium. The only thing the team does have is a Wall of Fame that now bears 29 names.

New Era Field has a wall of fame featuring some of the Bill’s most iconic players like Thurman Thomas, Jim Kelly, Andre Reid and Bruce Smith. There isn’t much in the way of tributes to those players though, and the stadium is lacking in items commemorating their rich history.
