Best Answer The best way to qualify for give-aways is by becoming a member of the Bills fan club. Members are given access to exclusive contests that can be entered to win free merchandise, tickets, and autographed memorabilia. Occasionally there will be small giveaways at the stadium itself, but it’s not very common.

The Bills aren’t very good about giving merchandise away. They give out mini footballs, mini towels, and every once in a while bobble heads or t-shirts.
