The best seats are about 2o rows up between the 15 yard lines behind the Bills bench. I would also sit lower because you don’t want to be up high where the wind can get you.

New Era Field has a seating capacity of almost 72,000. The 300 level seats between the 40 yard lines offer a great view of the game, and tickets for the section are reasonably priced.
