New Era Field is located in the town of Orchard Park, an affluent and safe community just a short drive from the city of Buffalo. The stadium also employs a large number of security officers as well as having police officers on hand to deal with any issues that might arise.

Orchard Park is a clean and nice community about 12 miles from the center of downtown Buffalo. The stadium itself is located in a nice and safe area, adjacent to a community college campus, and pretty much surrounded by a few residential neighborhoods.
