Generally what you would expect for concession stands at other venues.  Basic options and average prices.  It’s recommended that if you do buy a beverage that you pay $4.50 for a Salukis souvenir cup that comes with your drink.  It’s an awesome keepsake of the SIU Arena and made of high quality materials.  A unique and highly recommended stand to check out is the Just Nuts stand on the main level.  You can smell it a mile away and their nuts are mouth-watering.
