There is a ton of things to do around the Pepsi Center in addition to the obvious restaurants and bars that surround it. One thing is the 16th St Mall which is very active and has tons of things to do and check out. Another is Latimer square, which is a great place to discover shops, eat good food and more.

I would definitely check out some of the parks and the mountains if you get a chance. If you want to stay around downtown then the 16th street mall is fun and has a lot of stores and food around there. There is also the capital, others sporting attractions and local clubs.
