There are scalpers outside Minute Maid Park but never pay above face value because the stadium is hardly ever sold out and you can get tickets at face value or cheaper at the actual ticket box office.

Scalpers are noticeably present along the streets of Houston and love to bargain right up until the first pitch.  If you don’t mind getting in right after this is the way to score cheap close seats.

You can go with a scalptor if they are offering lower than the tickets they sell at the stadium, other than that don’t pay higher.
