Houston has plenty of parking close to the stadium and you can find a spot from $5-$30 with the most expensive being steps from the stadium and the least expensive being a block or two away.

Can run you up to $25 to park, but if you can park near the stadium and just walk back to the stadium it’s free. And there are places nearby you can park and not worth for free.
