Best Answer There are multiple entrances and exits to Kauffman Stadium. The most prevalent are detailed below courtesy of royals.com.
COMING FROM THE EAST
- Head into Kansas City on Interstate 70
- Take Exit #9 – Blue Ridge Cutoff/Sports Complex
COMING FROM THE WEST
- Head into Kansas City on Interstate 70
- Take Exit #7B – Manchester Trafficway, turn left and proceed to Gate 5 or Take Exit #9 – Blue Ridge Cutoff/Sports Complex
COMING FROM THE SOUTH
- Head into Kansas City on Interstate 435
- Take Exit #63 C – Raytown Road/Stadium Drive, Sports Complex exit
COMING FROM THE NORTH
- Head into Kansas City on Interstate 435
- Take Exit #63 B (left exit) – I-70 East/Sports Complex exit *OR* Take Exit# 63 A – I-70 West, then take Exit #7B – Manchester Trafficway, turn left and proceed to Gate 5

The stadium is located close to I70 and there are big signs that say to Kauffman Stadium and Arrowhead Stadium. There isn’t too much traffic before and after games so you should be ok finding this spot.
