What to expect from the Estadio Municipal de Riazor crowd?

The unique placement of Depor’s stadium (right on the beach front) means that loads of fans come to the game in high spirits. There is an air of positivity and (perhaps slightly forced) optimism, as the team is usually fighting to avoid relegation back down to La Primera Division. They back their team 100% against everyone in the league – doesn’t matter if it’s Barcelona or the bottom-ranked side – and bring good energy to each game. After a win, the beach is a party afterwards!

Deportivo de la Coruna or “El Depor” has faithful supporters. Fans are really proud of his team and you will notice that from the beginning. Stands can be very noisy, but the atmosphere is friendly most of the times. You will see violent or any bad thing rarely during a game. Be ready to have a big party if Deportivo wins!
