Best bars near MGM Grand?

There are literally hundreds of places to grab a drink around the strip.  There are people selling alcohol at every establishment.  They also let you bring in alcohol from the casinos or bars to the actual arena which is really nice.

Michael Mina Pub 1842 is a super fun neighborhood pub.  Football, drink, and happy hour specials.  House-made Fireball is definitely a must have.  Awesome snacks, starts, burgers, and more.  Vegetarian options also on hand.  Their BBQ is slow cooked over apricot wood and to die for.  Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill offers up lunch, dinner, gluten free, dessert, and kid menus.  Family friendly and generous portions.  Fan favorites are the Homemade Truffled Potato Chips and Sauteed Crab Cakes.  Dessert of a lifetime:  Blackberry Rhubarb Crisp.
