Best Food and Drink at Galen Center?

Limited options available but include the usual stadium fare such as nachos, popcorn, candy, peanuts, hot dogs, turkey wraps, chicken Caesar salad – prices ranging from $3.50 to $7.50.  Coke products provided along with bottled water, Powerade, and Vitamin Water – prices ranging from $3.50 to $4.50.  There are some mobile food carts offering some other options but they aren’t always open for every game/event.
