The Rose parade starts at 8 AM, and proceeds at 2.5 MPH. So the start of the parade won’t reach the very end of the parade route until after 10 AM, and the end of the parade won’t reach the end of the route until after 12PM. The game starts at 1:30, so if you are at the very end of the route, you’ve got perhaps 60-90 minutes from the end of the parade to make your way to the Rose Bowl Stadium and into your seats.
