Best Bars around El Estadio Santiago Bernabeu?

Take your pick! While the venue itself isn’t surrounded by bars, it’s virtually impossible to turn two street corners in the city centre without finding one. That said, there are a few options near the stadium itself. The Irish Rover is always popular among football fans, and tends to stay packed to the rafters until long after the final whistle. However, my recommendation is to head to the north side of the city centre – there are Irish bars, traditional Spanish bars…basically, there’s everything.

Santiago Bernabéu stadium is located next to the famous Paseo de la Castellana, in a very crowded area. There are plenty of bars very close to the stadium, so to drink a beer is not a very complicated task. In Gutiérrez Solana street there are several and nice ones like Cervecería Tasco, very famous for its toastes; or La Taberna de Daniela, who offers olives tapas and boquerones en vinagre.
