There’s not a lot on offer in the immediate vicinity, since the stadium is a little way from the city, so head back to town first. Once there, you’re only limited by your taste buds; Manchester has it all! If you’re looking for quantity and taste combined, try Alabama’s All American Eatery: it’s American classics as far as the eye can see! Perfect post-game grub. For a little more class, Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza is all fresh, all organic and all delicious.

The area around the Etihad is not as developed as the stadium itself and the range of food is not great. If you are starving there is a very popular McDonalds nearby as well as an Asda, though remember that the Etihad doesn’t allow outside refreshments inside the stadium.

There are good options around 0.5 miles away from the area though – Le Delicatezze Di Bruno is a highly rated Italian restaurant offering a great place to sit down and savor a meal.

As you are in Manchester though, why not try out a northern specialty – a pie. Pieminister is a fantastic restaurant on Church Street that serves hearty pies and great mash potato – perfect comfort food for celebrating a win or consoling yourself after a loss!
