Great Answer It is of course better to sit lower but you can get cheap tickets for around $25 for the upper level and still see pretty good. I would save my money and sit in the upper 2 levels where you can still see pretty good.

The Forum is built for basketball and feels like you are on top of the players. It is a cool place to watch a game and there is literally not a bad seat in the house.
