Unfortunately there is no shuttle bus service from Middlesbrough station, so you’ll have to suck it up and take on the 15-20 minute walk. It’s not bad at all, but if the weather or a sore leg puts up a serious fight, you can always get a taxi for a few pounds.
Driving is a common choice, as there is some parking at the venue and a host of private car parks in the immediate surroundings. Parking spaces can be booked for the stadium, online, and cost £6 per car, per day.

Middlesbrough Station is about a 20 minute walk away from the Riverside and unlike some other clubs they don’t offer a shuttle bus – so if you don’t feel like walking a cab will probably cost around £5. Parking at the venue is restricted for permit holders only, so the insider tip is either to park in the town center – or follow the away coaches directions and park in one of the £4 private car parks along the river.
