Bridgestone Arena Tickets

501 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203, United States

Nestled on the corner of Broadway and 5th Avenue South, ‘The Stone’, ‘The Bridge’, or ‘The Tire Barn’ is at the very heart of downtown Nashville.  The building formerly known as The Nashville Arena when it was erected in 1996, and the Gaylord Entertainment Center as recently as 2007 – Bridgestone Arena is currently the home of the NHL franchise Nashville Predators – the main tenants of the structure.  It also is the home of the SEC Tournament (NCAA basketball), and a multitude of concerts.

Depending on the set-up, the arena seats from between 17,000 (ice hockey), to 18,500 (an end-stage concert) to over 19,000 (basketball).  If there is a center stage event, the arena could play host to 20,000 individuals.  Bridgestone could easily compete with the other major-league arenas across the country hosting huge tours(Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift, Elton John, Billy Joel, etc.).

Taking up 750,00 square feet, the roomy expanse of an arena has a modern, yet down-home, feel to the building.  With the construction of the arena paying homage to the original home of the Grand Ole Opry (Ryman Auditorium), Bridgestone Arena is a great place to watch hockey, basketball, concerts and other special events.
