Stan’s sports Bar on River Avenue is just steps from the stadium and is a must visit for all travelling fans. The walls have loads of memorabilia and it gets rowdy before, during and just after the game. If you’re looking to truly experience “Yankee country” – this is the place to do so.

We went to Stan’s Sports bar which is close by to the stadium and it was legit! Seemed to be some real die-hard Yankee fans in here- which was exactly the experience I was looking for as an out of towner. Great atmosphere and a good choice of beers. I wouldn’t be going in here supporting the visiting team though.

I am not a drinker so I haven’t been to many bars but my friends say that Teddy’s bar and grill is their favorite place to get a drink and they have some good appetizers to munch down on.
