You can find parking in garages for $5-$10 and then street parking for 2 hours for around $5.  They also have free parking farther away at grocery stores and restaurants but then you have to walk a good bit.

There is ample parking around the arena and you can usually find a good spot for under $10.  This is a steal for an NBA city.
