I recommend Parking at the Lincoln Financial Field Lot, prices are good, they offer covered parking spaces, and when the game is over, it is easy to get right out onto broad street. But there are plenty of lots all around the stadium, with prices between $7 & $15.

FDR Park is a good and cheap place to park and is only a couple of blocks away from the ballpark and offers tons of free or low-cost parking depending on the time of the year. When the Sixers or Flyers are in town, there will usually be a $5-$10 parking charge.
