The best way to avoid the madness that is of parking at a Steelers Game is to park downtown or at a Park and Ride & just catch public transportation to the game. Otherwise, the closer you get to Heinz Field, the more congested it’ll be.

The roads outside the stadium can be quite crowded with cars and people walking around so if you don’t want to sit in your car I suggest parking a little farther away and walking to the game.
