Pittsburgh in general is a very safe city. Take it from me, as I spent a bunch of days of my youth wandering the city alleys and streets bouncing from bar to bar. I’m not real big, but I never had any trouble. Security around the stadium is pretty tight, but like anything, use your head and keep your eyes open. You never know when lightning will strike!

PNC security is pretty impeccable they have a service that allows you to text SECURITY to 61592 and you can get help rather it’s medical or a security issue. Fans can only bring one bag in with them.

Pittsburg is a pretty safe city in general. I was never worried or concerned for my safety in the park, or in the area around it. Lots are well lit, and visible police presence deters any real issues.
