Even though the stadium can be found fairly far out from Madrid’s city centre, there is a healthy number of drinking establishments in the immediate area. Derry Irish Tavern (for those looking for a bit of local culture! ;)) is always a dependable option on a matchday, while Pub La Española is a properly traditional option.
A little further away is Eventos Aloloko which has quite a dark, shiny, modern interior. It’s pretty cool, and easily walkable if you’re looking for a pre-game pint!

Butarque stadium is situated in a very quiet area in Leganés, a very populated town in the south of Madrid. It is a neighbourhood with gardens and schools, but you also can find not far from the venue a shopping centre called Plaza Nueva. Try Cafetería Layla, where you can order coffee, soda, hamburgers or sandwiches. It is quite cheap. Restaurant La Chopera is a nice place to have a drink too. If it is a sunny day, try to sit outside!
