There are a few options near the stadium especially if you are wanting an authentic Caen experience, rather than drinking in a tourist pub in the centre of town.
For a quick pint or two before you get to the game – Le Galliéni is worth a shot. Yes it is a betting bar but it serves cold beer and that’s all that counts. There is a Bar and Restaurant at the stadium itself which is always busy on game days – so if you want a table, show up early!
Otherwise for your fix of a classic pub/bar with great football banter – stay in the city centre before the match and get some drinks in at O’Donnells Irish pub before walking over to Vertigos. Both more than happy to welcome in a football crowd.

Stade Michel dOrnano is located outside of the city center and there is nothing exciting going on around it. Visit the city center if you want to have a drink or two. However, Caen doesn’t have an exciting night life, so you will find more quiet bars than night clubs. Also, most of the bars close around 11pm.
