In terms of drinks, no one is pretending that the city of Bristol is cheap; the stadium is no exception. You can enjoy better quality drinks than average (Thatchers, Guinness, Butcombe) along with the usual suspects (Heineken, John Smiths and Fosters) but you’re looking at £4-4.50 per beer.
The food isn’t too shabby. There’s a KFC just in front of the venue, and as well a few culinary delights inside:
Steak and ale pie – £3.70
Steak pasties – £3.70
Cheese & onion pasties – £3.70
Sausage rolls – £3

Bristol’s got a bit of a reputation as being a nice place, but a nice place that you’re going to have to pay for. This is really reflected in the refreshments as Ashton Gate. The beer selection is a great one with Guiness, Heineken, Thatchers Cider and Butcome Bitter are making a welcome chance from the usual selections. A pint here though will set you back between £4-4.50.
The food however is the usual affair with pies and pasties. As with the rest of Bristol, this is a little more expensive than the national average and will cost £3.70 a piece; not cheap – but the alternative is the KFC across the road.
