While there isn’t a huge amount to do around the stadium, there’s one thing that will never be lacking on a matchday: the fans. If you want to make the most of it, then head to a local pub (like the Centenary) a good few hours before kick-off and mingle with everyone inside. Fans will happily regale you with stories, tales and fibs about their team, which really helps build excitement. Cap it off with a hot pie and some delicious beer to get you primed and ready for the match. The anticipation and energy you can build with the other fans cannot be understated – trust me, it’s worth it.

Although the physical shop isn’t as nice as the website (dundeedirect.com), it is still a fantastic place to buy some merchandise to support your favourite team. Be it something extravagant like the first team kit – to something small, like a hat or a scarf – there is something here for any fan on any budget. Cheer Dundee on in style!
Also – you can save a lot of money if you buy a family ticket bundle!
