When you are in Plzen you should try some traditional Czech food. Think goulash, dumplings, stews and meat dishes that really celebrate Venison and Pork. On a cold day, coupled with a few delicious pints – it doesn’t get much better. As such, ‘Na Splice’ and ‘U Slazmannu’ are great spots to ‘czech out’!
If the traditional fare doesn’t appeal that much to you – ‘Budino’ is a superb Italian restaurant that is really popular with locals and tourists alike.
