The Park Hotel – situated right by the stadium – has a really nice restaurant called the Blues Restaurant & Bistro. The menu is varied and regularly strengthened with new dishes and ideas, and the quality of food is superb. Just a short walk away is the Jefferson Restaurant. It has had Kilmarnock regulars coming back for years, and never fails to get visitors’ attention. The food is elegant, well-present and British.

Kilmarnock is another one of those towns that has a surprisingly good restaurant scene. Although the area around the gournd has slim pickings, one you head back into the city centre there are a load of places that will catch your eye.
The Weston Tavern is Kilmarnocks most popular restaurant that serves large portions of classic Scottish food, all cooked to perfection! With delights such as Haggis, Duck and less traditional dishes such as Cajun Salmon with Sweet Potato on the menu, it’s easy to see why this place is so well thought of!
Cajun cooking is obviously popular in Kilmarnock because another popular restaurant ‘The Longhouse’ has made quite a reputation with its Cajun Chicken Crepes. You just have to try them! They also do some great Thai food, with vegetable tempura and Thai style fishcakes being some favourites.
