Opposite the Stadium is the enormous Heiligengeistfeld. When it isn’t being used for a festival or an event – the large space is used as a car park for the St Pauli faithful – just check before driving that nothing else is going on here, otherwise you may be in for a nasty surprise.
From Hamburg’s main train station, you can take the Metro (U-Bahn) Line 3 and ride it to the St Pauli Stations. From here, you only need to walk a couple of minutes before arriving at the ground. If you fancy catching the bus, the 36 and 112 lines both drop of here as well.

Car: “Harald-Stender-Platz 1, 20359 Hamburg” is the address you want to be heading for. Keep in mind that the stadium is right in the city, therefore, try to park somewhere outside of the busy spots and get there via public transport.
Metro: The lines 3 are operating from Central Station to the stadium (towards Schlump-Barmbek), simply get off at “St. Pauli” station. If you are headed for the guest stances you may want to get off at “Feldstraße” instead of “St. Pauli” to save yourself a few meters of walking.
Bus: The lines 36 and 112 are headed to the stadium. Get off at “St. Pauli” station.

The Millentor is a doddle to reach. It’s right at the heart – some would say that it is the heart – of one of the most visited areas of Hamburg. Take the U-Bahn line U3 to Feldstraße or St Pauli station and walk the short distance left. Bear in mind that there theoretically is parking, but the car park often occupied by a huge funfair, so don’t bank on it being available. Take public transport like everyone else does.
