Car: The according street you are aiming for is called “An der Wuhlheide 263” and is easy to find from the highway A113 once you take the exit “Ausfahrt Berlin-Adlershof”. However, the number of parking lots is very limited, there are only around 1,000 that are close to the stadium.

Train / Metro: When arriving in Berlin by train, you either want to get to the Central Station or Schönefeld / Schöneweide. From the Central Station go to “Ostkreuz” via S5, S7 or S75. Then change to the line S3 towards “Erkner” and get off at the station called “Köpenick”. From here it is a 10-minute walk to the stadium, follow the signs or, easier, the crowd.

If your train arrives in Schönefeld, take the S9 towards Westkreuz or S45 towards Westend. Get off at “Schöneweide” station and hop onto the tram 63 or 67 towards “Krankenhaus Köpenick” or Hirtestraße/Janitzkystraße. Get off at “Alte Försterei”, from here it is a 5-minute walk to the stadium.

The journey to the stadium is split into two parts, all of it though is nice and easy on the underground! From many places around the city (Eg: Hauptbahnhoff or Alexanderplatz) you can head to ‘Ostkreuz’ station. From there you will have to change lines and jump on the S3 line – ride the train to Köpenick station. From there the stadium is less than a 10-minute walk.

Parking isn’t really advisable – the best chances you have of getting a parking space are by arriving super early and finding somewhere on the nearby streets to park or by trying the multi-storey car park at Forum Köpenick Shopping Centre

The Stadion an der Alten Forsterei might boast the most spectacular walk-up in German football. It’s a schlep from Berlin proper – in the southern suburb of Köpenick – but when you arrive, you are in for a treat.

Take the S-Bahn to Köpenick for about half an hour from central Berlin and then wander through the forest – the name means “Stadium By the Foresters House” – to the stadium. Just follow the crowd.
