There doesn’t seem to be much in the way of public transportation to get from the city centre to the football ground, which anywhere else may be a problem. But as you are in a historical Italian city, why not take the 25 minute stroll to the ground and enjoy your surroundings.

If you do have a car there is parking at the ground as well as throughout the city!
