A trip to Clifton Park and the Museum are always great shouts when in Rotherham! You know what they say “When in Rotherham…visit the park and museum.” Trust me, they say that.

The park itself is a lovely expanse of green, gardens and trees which is just stunning on a nice day. The museum is free to enter and exceptionally informative, without being boring. Children have a great time there too, as it’s not too cerebral!

Although they don’t run on a match day – if you are in Rotherham for the weekend you should check out the stadium tour! For just £5 a person, you can go behind the scenes and have unprecedented access to areas such as the Press and Hospitality areas before going down and taking a seat in the Home and Away dressing areas, before running down the tunnel and taking it all in at pitch side! A perfect warm up for the match!
