The scalpers are the general, no nonsense individuals. They only accept cash and typically charge $10-$20 above face value, sometimes more, depending upon the event and popularity around the event.

There are scalpers but they are very friendly and generally aren’t trying to rip you off or make you pay a fortune. Usually they are family members trying to sell tickets.
