There’s nothing as important as a fan’s thirst on a matchday. Except, occasionally, the football itself. Swansea is one of those great football towns which is very accommodating to away fans. There’s a Harvester and Frankie & Benny’s just outside the stadium, and Wind (pronounced Wynd) Street in the middle of town boasts a number of great bars and restaurants. As a home fan, you can go to any of the local pubs, of course, and it’s up to you whether or not to mingle with the away crowd.

There aren’t a whole host of options available for away fans f you fancy a drink near the ground. Two popular options are the Frankie and Bennies restaurant and the Morfa Parc Harvester. Yes they are both family friendly restaurants but they have ample bars and do admit away fans. Otherwise you are going to have stay in town. In the city centre itself, you should take yourself to ‘Wind Street’ with Bank Statement, Yates’s and The No Sign Bar all being good options.
