ANZ Stadium Tickets

Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park, New South Wales, Australia

Originally known as Stadium Australia, ANZ Stadium was the focus of the world for the Sydney Olympics in 2000. At the time, it was the biggest ever stadium to host the Olympics, with four Boeing 747’s able to fit side by side under the span of the then arches. At the height of its capacity, the stadium hosted 110,000 fans. Post Olympics, the capacity was reduced to around 83,000.

ANZ Stadium remains the premier venue for sporting events in NSW and throughout the sporting year, hosts world class events like the Bledisloe Cup and the State of Origin. Up until recently, ANZ also hosted a number of Sydney Swans matches against higher profile opposition, including the Swans finals matches. ANZ has also hosted it’s fair share of international soccer as well – perhaps even, the greatest night in Australian soccer history when John Aloisi slotted home his penalty to send the Socceroos to the World Cup in Germany.
