Things to check out around Stadium Municipal?

Toulouse is home to one of the greatest churches in France – the Basilica of Saint Sernin. Just a 5 minute walk from the main square and is well worth the look. With some amazing architecture and amazing interior art it really is amazing – take the time to take a tour of the crypt as well.

Toulouse is home to some fantastic museums including the Natural History Museum as well as the spectacular Musée des Augustins which is home to a great collection of art work.

If the passion at the stadium has proved a bit too much for you – take the time to visit the Japanese Garden and indulge in some zen reflection!

City center is pretty close, which gives you a great chance to visit Saint-Sernin’s Basilic, Place du Capitole (the most famous thing there) and Jacobins’ church. Toulouse’s nickname is the pink city because of the colours of its houses. Walking around the city is already a real pleasure; do not hesitate to reach the city from the stadium on foot and take in all the beautifulness.
