Best food and drink at Talking Stick Resort Arena ?

The arena sells pretzels, chicken fingers, hot dogs, and ice cream along with soda and beer like most stadiums.  They also have a little flare for Mexican food and has this one stand that sells a mixture of different quesadillas and nachos which are really good.
