The Austrian season runs through the Northern Hemisphere summer so the travelling fan must factor that into any trips to Salzburg. Although parking at the stadium is convenient, a way to avoid the scores of fans of leaving at full time is to park 5 minutes away at Messe Zentrum (Messe Center). They offer free parking too and you can take the free shuttle bus to and from the stadium for a speedy exit.

Home to the ambitious Red Bull Salzburg, the stadium can accommodate over 30,000 fans and is very much part of the Red Bull brand and is one of three stadiums that carry the name Red Bull Arena, the others are also occupied by Red Bull-owned clubs: RB Leipzig and New York Red Bulls.
