Best restaurants near Citizens Bank Park ?

I suggest going to Spectrum’s grill or Stadium Grill. They are both great and serve Philly Cheese steaks that are very authentic and some of the best near the ballpark. However, I truly recommend that you save your appetite and eat inside the stadium at places by Ashburn Alley which is the concourse that runs from the left field gate to the right field gate. It is the area to find great places to eat and is home to Tony Lukes where you can get a crab pizza or crab fries which are to die for. They also have a lot of televisions to watch other sporting events while you wait to get inside the stadium.

Two moderately priced and family friendly places are McGillins Olde Ale House on Drury Street & Chickie’s & Pete’s on Packer Ave. On weekends, McGillins can get a pretty heavy college crowd, but the prices are really good. C&P’s has great food, lots of room and is family friendly. Of course a shot hop from the stadium are the Classic Philly Cheesesteak Joints Gino’s(1219 S 9th St) and Pat’s (1237 E Passyunk Ave) that are only about a block apart from each other. Take a group and try one from each place. However for a truly epic meal, try Iron Chef Morimoto’s Restaurant located at 723 Chestnut St. It is expensive, but with every bite you realize it is worth every dollar.
