I would suggest not dealing with scalpers because they are everywhere. They are all trying to make a quick buck and half of them sell fraudulent tickets. The police are also always looking out for them.

I would get a ticket from scalper at last resort if you cannot find tickets and that is your only bet but Philly scalpers are notorious for making you pay at least 40% more than face value.
