Thanks to the highly efficient public transport system, getting to the stadium from town is no trouble at all there are two Metro lines in the city, both of which go right past the stadium and will take you back home afterwards. They even run extra carriages on matches.
There is also an army of buses available to help you make the journey, so check out the city’s transport website for details. There is some parking available in the area – though not at the ground itself – for most fans so use of public transport is encouraged.

Estadio San Mamés is located next to the river in a beautiful neighbourhood. The best way to get to the stadium is by metro. Take line 1 or 2 and get off at the San Mamés station and then you will see the venue. There are also many buses to reach the stadium. Lines 26, 38, 56, 62 and 80 stop here.
If you are coming by metro, buy round trip ticket for 3 euro. It is the cheapest option.
