With the stadium being fairly new and costing upwards of €100 million – you’d be right in thinking that the seating arrangements here are top class. There are no supporting beams or pillars in sight, which means all the seats have an excellent view of the pitch. The South Stand is where the most passionate home fans can be found – with the seating surrounding at area of standing room only terraces – that produces most of the nose in the ground! Away fans are seated opposite this end – making for some good banter. Seats here will cost €12.00 for standing room and €20 for a seat.
The best stand to sit in might be the East Stand – prices are more expensive here with prices up to €40, however as well as a great view, the seats a more spacious here, giving you a lot more legroom so you can kick back and enjoy the game.

The stadium sets high and modern standards all over Germany, therefore, ensures great visibility and atmosphere from every seat. Ticket prices are from 12€ (stances) to 45€ (standing, category 1) with an average price of about 25-30€ for decent seats. Keep in mind that prices are about 20% higher when the Bundesliga top-tier teams come and play in the arena.
If you want to witness the best atmosphere possible, you should get tickets close to the south stands. That’s where the passionate home fans are located.

The arena is new and the sightlines are excellent. Even though Hoffenheim are essentially a newly constructed team with little of the authenticity of most Bundesliga clubs, they do have a fair few supporters and tickets do go quickly, particularly in the standing area directly being the goal. They’ll cost €12 normally, but a surcharge is added to every ticket for games against Bayern, Dortmund, Gladbach and Schalke, largely in recognition that plenty of their fans will show up to watch the visitors as much as the home team.
