Richmond International Raceway seating?

For a Sprint Cup race tickets are offered ranging from $45 to $95.
  Kids under 12 are discounted.  The Commonwealth Tower offers the
  best seats in the house with chairbacks, armrests, and cupholders. 
  Most seats are bench style with backs but most of them have no
  cupholders.  Seating is pretty roomy and all the seats are angled so
  you’ll have a good view no matter where you sit.
