Traffic around Angel Stadium ?

It’s pretty well regulated.  The streets are wide.  Traffic flows pretty easily by design since it’s a huge attraction and vacation destination.  The only delays you may experience may be on the I-5, so use an app to plan accordingly.  Also if you park at the Stadium, it may take some time to mill your way out, but no more than what’s to be reasonably expected.
